Song of Love sculpture by Marius Vos (Paris, 1929) for Arthur Curtis James (Newport, RI). This 40,000-lb., self-contained waterfall fountain depicts two art-deco females and a male. The male figure is serenading the females by a waterfall. Shipped to the James Estate in 1935. Shown at the 1939 New York Wolrd’s Fair. A magnificent example of Art Deco sculpture. Signed.
